Dewey won her first Best in Field this past weekend. Big congratulations to Lisa McKay and Debbie Peterson. Dewey is from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter and is the fifth BIF winner from this litter and Kenzie's ninth BIF winning offspring. She also finished her field champion title, making her Kenzie's tenth DC offspring.

This was a great weekend all around, with Seren (2015 Fly Litter) winning her first lure coursing point, Lava (2013 Grand Finale Litter) winning BOB for a major and finishing her Field Champion title, and Farrah (2009 Talk Litter) coming out for her first trial after taking several months off for babies to win first place in Field Champions, putting her halfway to her LCX.
Meanwhile, in VA, Norma (2013 Grand Finale Litter) won BOB and Fch for 40 points at an ASFA trial, and Fenix was second to her on Sunday. Congratulations to Kristen! Nivek finished his ASFA Field Championship this weekend in Florida! Nivek is from the 2009 Talk Litter.
TRt was a big weekend for Kamar in NY at the Wine Country Supported Entry event and at NOFCA racing in SC. Deckard was Select Dog three of the four days, and Zabra was Select Bitch the one day she entered. She was also first in her flight at lure coursing, to finished her AKC Field Champion and Dual Champion with a five point major. Zabra also won the Versatility award for the weekend! Meanwhile, Ami earned her first Best in Field! Deckard is from the 2012 XXX Litter and Zabra and Ami are from the 2013 Grand Finale Litter.
In SC, several of the Kamar beezers went to their first NOTRA oval track racing. On Saturday, Fenix was first place and his son Bacon was second place, both earning points. On Sunday, Fly was first place and Fenix was second place for more points. Bacon is from the 2014 Red Litter. Norma started her coursing career off with a blast, finishing her AKC Field Champion title in two weekends with four majors. She also decided to finish with a Best in Field! Congratulations to her owners, Susan and Jamey Tinch, on Norma's fantastic start. She is the second Dual Champion in Kenzie's 2013 Finale litter by 15 months old. She is Kenzie's 7th Dual Champion and 9th Field Champion offspring.
Congratulations to Brianne on Risa's new Field Champion title. She finished it in style with a second Best In Field win. Risa is Kenzie's 6th Dual Champion offspring and her 8th Field Champion.
Kenzie is having a very active "retirement" with her continued Lure Coursing career, plus her Rally and maybe some other performance venues in the future. Today, the news was sent that the Kamar matriarch has now finished her ASFA Veteran Field Championship. Congrats, Mush! She's still a running machine!
Deckard celebrated Memorial Day with a four day trial, during which he finished both his AKC and ASFA Field Champion titles and also earned his second Best In Field! Congratulations, Deckard and Dave and Jen!
